Microsoft Certified Professional
(MCP)
The MCP credential is for professionals who have
the skills to successfully implement a Microsoft
product or technology as part of a business solution
in an organization.
Microsoft Certified Systems
Engineer (MCSE)
The MCSE+I credential is the premier certification
for professionals who enhance, deploy, and manage
sophisticated Intranet and Internet solutions based
on Microsoft Windows NT® and Microsoft server
software.
Certified Novell Engineer (CNE)
A CNE certification requires the skills to provide
high-end, Novell solutions-based technical support,
including: Creating an Internet infrastructure to
build one Net; Network planning, installation and
configuration; Performing system upgrades; Improving
network printing performance; and Managing network
databases.
Citrix Certified Administrator
(CCA)
CCAs are highly skilled industry professionals that
have demonstrated a thorough knowledge of Citrix
MetaFrame XP 1.0 for Windows, Citrix MetaFrame 1.8
for Windows, Citrix MetaFrame 1.1 for UNIX Operating
Systems, or Citrix WinFrame 1.8.
Cisco Certified Network Associate
(CCNA)
The CCNA certification indicates a foundation in
and apprentice knowledge of networking. CCNA certified
professionals can install, configure, and operate
LAN, WAN, and dial access services for small networks
(100 nodes or fewer), including but not limited
to use of these protocols: IP, IGRP, Serial, Frame
Relay, IP RIP, VLANs, RIP, Ethernet, Access Lists.
A+ Certification
The CompTIA A+ certification is the industry standard
for validating vendor-neutral skills expected of
an entry-level computer technician. Those holding
the A+ certification have a broad base of knowledge
and competency in core hardware and operating system
technologies including installation, configuration,
diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.
Master CIW E-Commerce Web Designer
Focused on standards, technologies, and practices
for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer
eCommerce models, the Master CIW Designer has an
understanding of marketing, promotion, customer
service, user interaction, purchasing methods, secure
transactions by using encryption technologies, payment
gateways, as well as site performance testing and
evaluation.
